Returns & Exchanges

We understand when something you order just doesn't quite fit. No worries! Our return and exchange process is very quick and easy. Items purchased from can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new, un-used, un-washed, and in original packaging.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless an error occurred on our part while shipping your order. Refunds for returned items will be issued in the original form of payment.

If there is a damaged item in your order a Return Authorization (RA) label will be issued. You must report this and any other return within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise to get a replacement item.

Any return that comes back to our warehouse that was not authorized (EX: if there is no RA label or RA number) and/or if it is not in its originally packing will result in an additional 10% fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items that total over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
